A LuINKy is a one-of-a-kind character officially recorded through a digital birth record.
No two LuINKys are ever the same, and records cannot be recreated.
Does the subscription create a LuINKy?
No.
Subscriptions continue the story of an existing LuINKy.
A LuINKy must already exist before subscribing.
Are LuINKy Summonings refundable?
No.
Summonings are custom, digital, and 1-of-1.
All Summonings are final sale.
Can I change my mind after purchase?
We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Once work begins or access is granted, changes of mind are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Are revisions included?
Unless explicitly stated, revisions are not included.
Guided experiences follow the selected inputs, but final artistic decisions remain with the creator.
Is this an NFT?
Some LuINKy products include NFTs or blockchain-based records.
NFTs are:
- Permanently recorded
- Non-refundable
- Not replaceable once minted
Wallet setup and blockchain understanding are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I resell my LuINKy or NFT?
Ownership of a digital record may be transferable depending on the platform, but intellectual property rights are never transferred.
What if I don’t like the result?
LuINKy is a story-driven art experience, not a revision-based commission service.
Artistic preference does not qualify for refunds.
Do I need crypto or NFT knowledge to purchase a LuINKy?
No. You do not need any prior crypto or NFT experience. LuINKy manages all technical aspects of minting and custody on your behalf.
Your NFT may be held in custodial storage until you choose to take independent custody. Requesting a transfer to a personal wallet is optional and is the customer’s responsibility. Once transferred, LuINKy is not responsible for wallet security, access, or loss. Custodial storage does not guarantee indefinite holding and may be subject to platform or operational limitations.
How do I request my NFT be transferred to my wallet?
If you would like your LuINKy NFT transferred from custodial storage to your personal wallet, you may submit a transfer request at any time.
Please contact us through our official contact page or email info@luinky.com with the required information listed below. Transfers are processed manually for security and accuracy.
What to include in your transfer request
To protect your LuINKy and ensure the correct transfer, your message must include:
- The LuINKy name associated with the NFT
- The email address used at checkout
- Your wallet address (exact and copy-pasted)
- Confirmation that you understand responsibility transfers once the NFT leaves custodial storage
