LuINKy products include digital goods, custom creations, subscriptions, and 1-of-1 records that cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once processing begins.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Digital art and illustrations
- NFTs and blockchain-based records
- Custom or guided Summonings
- Subscriptions and digital access passes
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
No Refunds or Chargebacks
Once a LuINKy product is purchased:
- Refunds are not offered
- Chargebacks are prohibited
Initiating a chargeback after delivery or processing may result in:
- Immediate revocation of access
- Blacklisting from future LuINKy services
- Permanent loss of associated digital assets where applicable

While we honor the spirit and details of your submission:
- Artistic style, expression, and visual interpretation are at the creator’s discretion
- Minor variations are not considered defects
- Personal preference changes do not qualify for revisions or refunds
