All LuINKy™ characters, artwork, lore, systems, and records remain the intellectual property of LuINKy™.

Purchases grant personal, non-commercial use only.

B. Usage Restrictions

You may not resell, reproduce, modify, mint, distribute, or use LuINKy™ content commercially without written permission.

C. Creative Interpretation

LuINKy™ creations are artistic interpretations.

Minor variations are not considered defects.

Personal preference changes do not qualify for revisions or refunds.

D. Subscriptions

Subscriptions continue an existing LuINKy’s story and do not create a new character.

Subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
