Cancellations

Character creation purchases may be canceled only before work has begun.

Once a character has been purchased and creation begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Once a billing cycle begins, charges are non-refundable and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
